COBIDAS reporting breakdown

The guidelines/cobidas.yaml file was converted to YAML thanks to the existence of the Excel spreadsheet "COBIDAS reporting breakdown":

Gould van Praag, C. (2022). COBIDAS reporting breakdown. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/ERY2Q

This spreadsheet is also licensed with CC-By Attribution 4.0 International.

COBIDAS checklist

Prior to the reporting breakdown was the checklist:

Wiebels, K., Tepper, A., Simon, J., Van Praag, C. G., Bartlett, J. E., Hortensius, R., Van Mourik, T., Ruotsalainen, I., Gau, R., Scarpazza, C., Sjoerds, Z., Moreau, D., Klapwijk, E., & Adolfi, F. G. (2019). COBIDAS checklist. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/ANVQY

The checklist was licensed with GNU General Public License (GPL) 3.0.

COBIDAS Report

COBIDAS itself was made possible by the hard work of many, originally published here:

Nichols, T. E., Das, S., Eickhoff, S. B., Evans, A. C., Glatard, T., Hanke, M., Kriegeskorte, N., Milham, M. P., Poldrack, R. A., Poline, J.-B., Proal, E., Thirion, B., Van Essen, D. C., White, T., & Yeo, B. T. T. (2017). Best practices in data analysis and sharing in neuroimaging using MRI. Nature Neuroscience, 20(3), 299–303. https://doi.org/10.1038/nn.4500
