FIX: Multi-step registration options

• Ensure node retrieving intermediate transforms always runs, as on reruns cache would hit but files were not present.
• Pin to nitransform branch to read in antsApplyTransforms generated H5 files (ENH: Allow ingestion of alternatively grouped CompositeH5s nipy/nitransforms#233)
