@effigies okay for you? I simplified the build scripts a bit and make the wheels always build now. Most only take 2 min, longest are macos-15-intel and win at 4-5 min but that seems tolerable given all the other runs finish so quickly. The produced wheel list looks correct to me. I suggest we merge this and cut a release to get 3.13+ wheels out |

LGTM! I just pulled the cp311-abi3 wheel and installed it into a fresh 3.14 environment and ran |
