Expand the fullyPrivate oauth2-proxy integration to support Keycloak OIDC as a provider alongside the existing github and gitea backends. Adds issuerUrl, allowedRoles, allowedGroups, and emailDomain options. Adds a scope option so any backend can override the default OAuth2 scope string.
