Update PAL-e course page to modern sections structure

The Professional Agile Leadership Essentials (PAL-e) course page was using the deprecated format with individual front matter fields and markdown body content. Updated to the modern sections-based structure aligned with Hugo page sections system.

Changes

• Removed deprecated front matter fields: introduction, overview, outcomes, objectives, assessment, prerequisites, audience, roadmap, syllabus, events
• Removed markdown body content: All content after front matter delimiter
• Added sections array with buyer-focused content using approved section types:
  • headline - Hero with buyer's challenge and improved condition
  • symmetry - Course details comparison table
  • list - Outcomes, audience segments, learning journey (default and boxed variants)
  • none - NKD differentiators and delivery approach
  • trustpilot - Student reviews iframe
  • sectioncta - Call-to-action with navigation buttons
