The following projects were updated:

• MigrationTools.ConsoleCore.csproj
• MigrationTools.ConsoleDataGenerator.csproj
• MigrationTools.Host.csproj
• MigrationTools.Telemetery.csproj
• MigrationTools.csproj

Maintained compatibility with netstandard2.0 where applicable. No changes were made to additional metadata or properties.
