This PR adds support for Sendgrid when using Docker.
In addition, it makes clear in the README that Docker is the default configuration for the project, and explains how to switch back to a "regular" installation.
Note: Please check that the email functionality is working as expected before merging. The API Key is loaded properly, but I don't know if the functionality as a whole still works (I don't have a Sendgrind account).
