DPB1 T-Cell Epitope Matching Status

• Match: Includes donors with DPB1 alleles that are either allele matched or antigen recognition site matched to the patient’s alleles.
• Permissive: Includes donors with DPB1 alleles considered to be permissive (do not result in a poor clinical outcome) to the patient’s alleles.
• Non-permissive: includes donors with DPB1 alleles considered to be non-permissive (do result in a poor clinical outcome) to the patient’s alleles in either host vs graft direction or the graft vs host direction.
• Potential: includes donors where the final match assignment cannot be determined without further typing.
