第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、CertsCheck（以下「本アプリ」といいます）が提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（利用登録）

  1. 本サービスの利用には、Apple IDおよびApp Storeアカウントが必要です。
  2. 本サービスの一部機能は有料サブスクリプション（CertsCheck Premium）として提供されます。

第3条（自動更新サブスクリプション）

  1. サブスクリプション名：CertsCheck Premium
  2. サブスクリプション期間：1か月 / 1年（ユーザー選択）
  3. 価格：月額200円 / 年額2,000円（地域によって変動あり）
  4. サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。自動更新を停止するには、購入期間終了の24時間前までにApple IDのアカウント設定でオフにしてください。
  5. 購入後、Apple IDのアカウント設定から管理・解約が可能です。
  6. 無料トライアル期間がある場合、未使用分は有料購読開始時に失効します。

第4条（課金および支払い）

  1. 課金はApple Inc.のApp Store課金システムを通じて行われます。
  2. 本アプリはユーザーの支払い情報を保持しません。
  3. 返金はAppleのポリシーに従って処理されます。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは本サービスの利用において、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

  1. 法令違反または公序良俗に反する行為
  2. 不正アクセス、解析、リバースエンジニアリング
  3. 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
  4. その他、提供者が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（免責事項）

  1. 本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。
  2. 本サービスの正確性、完全性、有用性は保証されません。
  3. 本サービスの利用による損害について、提供者は責任を負いません。

第7条（規約変更）

本規約は必要に応じて変更されます。変更後の規約は本アプリまたはWebページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

第9条（準拠法および裁判管轄）

本規約の準拠法は日本法とし、本規約、諸規定等及び本サービスに関する法的紛争の一切に関しては、訴額に応じて東京簡易裁判所又は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第10条（反社会的勢力の排除）

  1. 利用者は、当方に対し、自己が暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋、社会運動標ぼうゴロ、特殊知能暴力集団等の反社会的勢力（以下「反社会的勢力」といいます。）に該当しないことを表明し、かつ将来にわたっても該当しないことを確約します。
  2. 当方は、利用者が反社会的勢力に属すると判明した場合、催告をすることなく、本サービスの利用を停止することができます。
  3. 当方が、前項の規定により、本サービスの利用を停止した場合には、これによる利用者の損害を賠償する責めを負わず、利用者は当方に生じた損害について賠償する責めを負います。

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of CertsCheck (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Account Registration)

  1. Use of the App requires an Apple ID and App Store account.
  2. Certain features are provided as a paid subscription (“CertsCheck Premium”).

Article 3 (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

  1. Subscription Name: CertsCheck Premium
  2. Subscription Period: 1 month / 1 year (user selectable)
  3. Price: $1.99/month, ¥19.99/year (may vary by region)
  4. The subscription automatically renews. To stop auto-renewal, turn it off in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  5. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
  6. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when the subscription starts.

Article 4 (Payment)

  1. Payments are processed through the Apple Inc. App Store payment system.
  2. The App does not store your payment information.
  3. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users may not:

  1. Violate laws or public morals
  2. Access, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App
  3. Interfere with the operation of the App
  4. Perform other acts deemed inappropriate by the App provider

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. The App is provided “as is.”
  2. The App provider makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
  3. The App provider is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

Article 7 (Changes)

These Terms may be updated as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted in the App or on the web page.

Article 8 (Links)

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes arising under these Terms, related provisions, or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Summary Court or Tokyo District Court, depending on the amount in controversy, as the court of first instance.

Article 10 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)

  1. The User represents and warrants to us that they do not fall under any anti-social forces, including but not limited to organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate extortionists, groups advocating social movements for illegitimate purposes, or other similar entities (hereinafter referred to as “Anti-Social Forces”), and further assures that they will not fall under such categories in the future.
  2. If it is determined that the User belongs to any Anti-Social Forces, we may suspend the User’s use of the Service without prior notice.
  3. If we suspend the User’s use of the Service pursuant to the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result thereof, and the User shall be liable for any damages incurred by us.
