Adds a project level select box (above the package level) - so when extra projects are added by the addProject script they can be selected - rather than having one massive select (as node-red-nodes and node-red-web-nodes have quite a few possible files that clutter up the simple node-red core project ones.
Also adds fs-extra as a dep to make the readdir function work as a promise - and may be useful for the other file manipulations later.
And some linting as per other projects though maybe can relax
