the gradle wrapper version did not support Java 17 and needed an update
since Gradle 6 OSGI is no longer a built-in plugin. So I changed it to a fork
Lombok needed an update as well to support newer Java versions
Karaf-Plugin needed an update to work with Gradle 7 upwards
