Update tutorial to work with latest template version

Summary of Changes

Made the following changes:

1. Replaced Poetry references with Pixi
2. Renamed Calvera to NDIP
3. I corrected some errors I encountered while going through the template. Mostly this was me renaming main.py files to main_view_model.py or main_view.py, but I did have to make some larger changes to episode 4 to fix issues with nova-trame v1.
4. Updated the code directory with solutions that are built with the latest template
