[#46] Adds sending text to other devices

Hello there! I spent some time working on this over the past couple days. I added send text support to your rquickshare fork in this PR. Then I added a send text button to pocket, which opens up a text box.

• Cmd/crtl+v not supported, it was easier to start with a button and text box
• You can paste in the text box though, I hope that's enough for now
• The limit is 100,000 characters, after that it was timing out sending
• File sending is essentially untouched
• Bumped the version of blueprint-compiler because flatpak's weren't building
• Cargo.toml points to the nozwock/rquickshare, so the PR over there needs to be merged for this to work
• I removed the commit hash it was pinned to, so it can pick up these new changes, but we can add a commit hash back if you still need one
