Adds Alabaster to the Themes section.
Alabaster is a complete port of the popular minimal syntax highlighting theme by tonsky (creator of the original theme for Sublime Text). This port includes all variants from the original:
Each variant has both light and dark versions for a total of 6 themes.
The theme has been submitted to Helix runtime themes (PR #15102).
