samples: mesh: dfu: fix boot warnings in samples

Reduced model extension list sizes to fix relation list warning.

TODO:

Create a separate PR to fix "Wrong state" boot warning, by changing LOG_WRN to LOG_DBG in dfu_srv.c, lines 561-604. Consider returning error.
