This should be done by reverting 8c97493, not by adding another noup commit.
This in fact reverts 8c97493. Since a clean revert is not possible, the new noup commit should refer the old one with: nrf-squash! [nrf noup] tests: arm_irq_vector_table: Disable starting of SSF client in its description and it could mention that both commits should be dropped on the next rebase.
