And correctly document the params for the swagger docs page
This should be a redirect, but hack is in place for now due to EDD `authCallback` url case-sensitivity issue.
This pleases the typechecker. This is a required parameter and should always be provided. If not, an error needs to be raised (in this case, a typeerror).

Removes the hard-coded CMR parameters that were used during initial setup. The
get-linksservice now includes and uses thecmr_request_paramsquery param.
