Feat: Add Jitter calculation and display for A/V streams.
This introduces Jitter calculation based on RFC 3550 for both audio and video tracks.
The calculated Jitter is displayed on the main UI, allowing real-time monitoring of arrival time variance.

RFC 3550に基づいた映像と音声の計算を実施。
計算した結果をUIに遅延の横に表示する。
