I always forget the -r flag, so I assume others do. It is useful for when building and testing local builds.
This should allow for easy local installs and updates.

--release-fileflag isn't listed under theinstall.shscript's help, but is very useful for local development.Help is updated to show this flag.
installandupdatebuild targets are also added to theMakefile. These are shortcuts toinstall.shusing the--release-flagto use the locally built version. Shortcuts for development.
