todotodoneetc/languages.csvMakyam, now Paung Nyuan as the actual name of the language rather than the village, is now up to 99. I've confirmed with native speakers that the original source was incorrect, and made the proper adjustments. I have also removed tone because I can show that tone is incorrectly transcribed in the original source material, and not relevant to this study.
In this PR I've also renamed the source for Wolam from
vanDam2026tovanDam2026wolamboth in the bib files and in the Wolam language file.
