Moving Around Fixes and Updates

Fixes #1664 and, while I was making changes in "Moving Around the System":

• Changed code snippets to be embedded code blocks as in other chapters
• Updated all examples to use the "standard" code-block style
• Added a section on mkdir since the -p thing seems to be a common point of confusion.
