Fixes / changes:

Added a new error reporting feature if the .plr file fails to load
Fixed a bug loading old plr files
Fixed a bug caused by some characters hair

Files:

A.WTE-Standalone.zip is a portable executable. Id recommend this.
B.WTE-Setup.zip is an installer, use this if you have issues with the standalone
