It's Beta 3! Here's what changed.

• Replaces the time program with a cross-platform time program
• Input unification is gone
• CPU bench is improved by miles
• There's a brand new boot loader
• Some programs have gotten retired
• There's an actual update program
• The vercheck program is fixed
• Lots of programs have been enhanced
• A stopwatch was added
• Bugs fixed
• Other improvements I forgot about
