Getting Started
Hi! Welcome to Python Terminal. Super glad you're here.
Let's run through how you can make Python Terminal your own!
Python Terminal has the ability to customize your greeting (when Python Terminal is started up), and your name and username.
As of version 2.0, your name is used at the greeting, and in certain applications. Your username is used at the bash prompt.
You can get started by typing in the command "personalize" (no quotation marks). A wizard will walk you through setting up Python Terminal for you.
If you don't like your selections, run through the personalize program again. The data storing your greeting, name, and username is stored in /ptfiles, so shutting down PyTerm won't effect them.
When you type in a command in the terminal line, it'll launch a "Program" each time. Each program is it's own. There are the usual commands, like help, about, shutdown, and uptime (with more coming soon), along with other programs, that relate to games and such.
