Update robotics and simulation for 25.05

Change summary

Multiple changes around the robotics and simulation were made for 25.05, mainly due to o3de/sig-simulation#94 . This PR also fixes multiple issues found in those sections.

• added missing ROS 2 simulation templates in the docs
• updated last updated tag in ROSCon 2022 and 2023 demos
• sorted the robotics sub-pages (both menu and description) based on the importance
• added existing Vehicle Dynamics description to the index page
• updated asset gem names and added links (note: some links do not work for now, as the stabilization branch in o3de-extras is not merged into the main yet)
• fixed few typos
• added code type (see the image below) that is required by the newest Hugo to correctly render pages - see below:
