Paper code release

Source code and binaries release for the paper, from authors' implementation of the simulation plus an interactive UI and 3D view.

We included Windows binaries for the release (app-deadwood.zip). They have been compiled using Qt 6.8 for MSVC2022. You might need to install the VC redistributables, included in the zip file (vc_redist.x64.exe).

Inside the data folder of the release zip, we included the small scene (gresolet_small). Once you run the executable, you can load this scene to test it. Additionally, we also provide the full 2km gresolet in a separate link (data-gresolet.zip). This contains the same files as the code in the repository, with the addition of the three abiotic files already computed (sun.txt, temp.txt, wet.txt).
