- Enhance comments and docstrings for clarity in Dockerfile, entrypoint.sh, setup.py, functions.py, and generate.py.
- Improve console messages and input prompts for interactive scripts (setup.py and generate.py).
- Refactor setup.py to organize logic within a main() function and provide complete usage guidance.
- Update CONFIG.md for clearer procedural instructions and wording.
- Add and refine inline documentation in CI workflow (build-and-publish.yaml) for maintainability.
- Clarify environment variable handling and default behavior in various scripts.
- No functional changes to application logic.
