Translate English documentation to Chinese (Simplified)

Implements complete Chinese translation for all 28 ObjectStack documentation files using Fumadocs' dot parser i18n convention.

Translation Infrastructure

Fixed naming convention:

• Changed from separate directory (content/docs-cn/) to dot suffix (.cn.mdx)
• Updated translation utility to use file.mdx → file.cn.mdx pattern
• Refactored hardcoded language checks into configurable constants

Translated Files (28 total)

• Concepts (6): architecture, core-values, enterprise-patterns, terminology, ai-codex, manifesto
• ObjectQL (7): index, ast-structure, schema-definition, wire-protocol, transaction-model, analytics-protocol, advanced-types
• ObjectUI (6): index, component-schema, view-protocol, layout-system, action-triggers, report-template
• ObjectOS (7): index, permission-governance, workflow-engine, automation-rules, plugin-manifest, integration-etl, audit-compliance
• Specifications (2): root index, specifications index

Translation Standards

• Preserved all MDX frontmatter, code blocks, and markdown formatting
• Technical terms remain in English (ObjectStack, ObjectQL, ObjectUI, ObjectOS, CRUD, AST, JSON, YAML, SQL, etc.)
• Consistent terminology: "Local-First" → "本地优先", "Protocol-Driven" → "协议驱动"
• Professional technical documentation tone

Build generates 59 static pages including Chinese routes at /cn/docs/*.
