Fixes #3441

  • Changed 'chorda tendineae' to 'chorda tendinea' (singular form)
  • Updated synonym 'chordae tendinea' to 'chordae tendineae' (plural form)
  • Normalized related references throughout the ontology
  • Used 'normalize_src' to ensure all references were consistently updated

These changes correct the spelling as requested in issue #3441.

Done! I've created a fresh branch issue-3441-fresh and submitted a new PR #3624.

The changes made:

  • Fixed label from "chorda tendineae" → "chorda tendinea" (singular form)
  • Fixed synonym from "chordae tendinea" → "chordae tendineae" (plural form)

The corrections align with proper Latin medical terminology where:

  • Singular: chorda tendinea
  • Plural: chordae tendineae

Ready for review! 🎯

@cmungall Not sure why requested to redo in new PR. #3624, but new PR doesn't seem to update the axioms. This PR seems better. Protege uses IRI anyways so will result in correct entity, but correct spelling in code is better for long-term.
Let me know if disagree, else can merge after pulling.
