Per issue #3682, 'neuroectoderm' is more common in the literature and cross-references than 'neurectoderm'. Changed the preferred label from 'neurectoderm' to 'neuroectoderm', and moved 'neurectoderm' to an EXACT synonym. Also updated the terminology_notes accordingly.
