- Update MbedTLS to version 3.6.2
- Custom pkg-config files are removed, lirist is able to build without and this likely also due to Freedesktop SDK 24.08 that got some workaround removed on Meson since 23.08
- Update nv-codec-headers to version 13.0.19.0
- Update libsrt to version 1.5.4
- Update svt-av1 to version 2.3.0
- Update FFmpeg to version 7.1
- Update LuaJIT to version 2.1 a4f56a459
- Update vpl-gpu-rt to version 24.4.4
- VPL was already update to version 2.14.0
- Update Asio to version 1.32.0
- Update Qt to version 6.8.2
Source switched to tarball provided by upstream to avoid git submodule source maintainance. pkg-config files are no longer needed to build librist. A patch is needed to fix building with GCC for aarch64. Mbed-TLS/mbedtls#9003
