- Introduced a proper SettingsManager class to handle GSettings interactions. - Added prefs.js and corresponding UI file for the preferences section. - Added GSettings schema for the extension. Additionally organized the project structure since its cluttering to look at the source files crumpled together in one place: - Moved core JS modules (dockManager.js, dockNG.js) into src/ for better structure. - Updated Makefile to include src, helpers, and resources in packaging. - Removed unused locations.js file. partially closes #21
