per https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/methods/gaJSApiBasicConfiguration#_gat.GA_Tracker_._trackPageLoadTime _trackPageLoadTime() is deprecated because Site Speed reporting is enabled automatically for all users. Use _setSiteSpeedSampleRate() to adjust the sampling rate for Site Speed reporting.
- Added a migration to add two new settings for the Analytics module (domain and universal) to configure use of the Universal Analytics script. - Added a view for the Universal Analytics script. - Moved most of the text into the language file. - Updated the existing migrations to be a less dependent on MySQL.
