Since there seems to be no any person who can be found in my country, just I wanted you to include me as one among your members.\r\n\r\nI am having some project proposals in the field of Sciences and Technologies and Education and Training and Research etc..which require safe and sustained financial and institutional substratums.  Actually I obtained licences under the name Sujibala Laboratories a decade ago or so but remain inoperative due to lack of financial substratums. My efforts and initiatives are based on micro level planning and non-profit oriented and so I am unwilling to obtain any loan offers because of possible risks for repayment.  I represented my concern with various officials and financial authorities at the international level in order to obtain financial substratums but yet to receive any fruitful outcome until now.  My efforts and initiatives are more than two decades longer now and still persistent.  So, I'd like to request you whether you can do anything in this regard so that we can do a lot together and we can discuss more on the subject."
