Release Candidate of v3.7

Release Candidate of 3.7

This is another test release, but it is ready for testing. A fresh build will be performed with the given assets and instructions. Better images will be taken to update the documentation, along with any clarifications or pointers. Minimal code changes will be made during this time, perhaps just addressing #30, #31, and #61.

Once this is all settled, I think we might call 3.7 the first real release.
