XmlaSessionManager replaces DefaultXmlaRequest.sessionInfos. All execute statements are added to the session. New sessionTimeOut servlet config parameter recognized. Recognizing a subset of the Microsoft extension for query canceling.
* XML/A server logs a useful info level log during a cancel instead of an unhelpful error log. * XML/A server recognizes a new servlet init paramater specifying sql states for cancels.
