- Add TodoTool and MemoryTool for persistent task tracking and core memory management
- Integrate tools into developer agent prompt and LangChain tool provider
- Implement SchedulerService for automated daily news fetching at 10 AM
- Enhance web search with fallback to Startpage when Tavily API key is missing
- Fix news synchronization and display in webview UI
- Improve code formatting and error handling across multiple services
