Description

When a workflow contains references, they are now properly processed using the add_ref function.

Based on this discussion #957, I've investigated the strategy workflow initiation and have found add_ref() was not being called there, then I've added a call.
Tested locally and worked the way I expected.
Please, let me know if you see any adjustment.

@GitMurf I mean AI, (IA is inteligência artificial in Portuguese, my native language)
