RAK4631 Bootloader v0.4.3-otafix1

This RAK4631 bootloader will reboot into OTA DFU mode after an unsuccessful flash. Very handy if your RAK is up a tree or in some other not readily accessible place.

The easist way to install it is to double press reset to boot the RAK into UF2 mode and copy the UF2 file across.
