Add timings for reading in a large JPEG2000 image

In the first chapter ('Zarr and OME-Zarr'), in the 'storing large data' section there is some placeholder text: 'Add timings for reading in a large JPEG2000 image'

Should this addition be added to the roadmap @dstansby ?
