…th min and max indexes Prevents the sizes from being incorrect if a single non-zero index exists for the phase, illumination, and/or rotation axis. These are the three dimensions that end up in moduloC, moduloZ, and moduloT, so are handled a bit differently from the other extra dimensions (e.g. angles).
