v0.1.0 First Alpha Version

• For now there is only Windows binary(64-bit) with UPX compression. Linux and macOS build work in progress.

• The config files for windows will be created in the C:\Users\cool-username\AppData\Roaming\Discord RPC Tray folder.
• Includes English and Turkish languages for now and other languages can be added later.
• There is no option for changing language in this version but I will add it in the next version. (for now, can be changed from the config file)
