The +tag/-tag syntax was corrupting task descriptions when using UUID-based task identification. This fix uses explicit tags: syntax which works correctly with UUID filters. Also adds Vitest testing infrastructure and TDD workflow documentation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
