Use new resolve view utility function and update to use dependency manager

Description

Uses the new MetadataViews.resolveContractViewFromTypeIdentifier() function
Uses dependency manager
Updates go dependencies

The emulator isn't updated with the latest metadataviews contract, so we can't merge this until that is released
