According to my research, Prettier 3.7 includes structural changes to the AST based on HTML parser. (See prettier/prettier@d7a3a76)
I'll merge this PR after I've cleaned up the core parts a bit.

Apparently Prettier v3.7.0 changed the node return type on the AST. This PR fixes the plugin to use the new type.
I also updated the tests to reflect formatting changes since Prettier v3.1.0 - hope that was OK :)
