This reverts commit cc431ee.
The release branch
0.37.0was created last sprint without a release candidate. Creating the release-candidate now, would mean that all changes (especially dependency version bumps) from last and next sprint would be only part of release0.38.0. This is why we decided to delete the release branch0.37.0and re-create it. To make this work, we need to reset the version file.
