This is currently done once the change is in release branch. But, it can and probably should be done earlier. |

Description
Update the Cluster Agent version to 1.7.2. Cluster Agent v1.7.2 contains a change to the AppArmor profile that allows the "base64" command to be run on Ubuntu. This change is not needed on EMT since EMT does not put AppArmor restrictions on CA, but this bump keeps the CA versions in sync across EMT and Ubuntu.
