Description
This PR contains changes to setup_sriov_vfs.sh that is run as part of idv-init.service for VF enumeration.
Changes Made in setup_sriov_vfs.sh file:
Check for drivers and dmesg entries related to GPU before enumerating VFs.
Remove redundant VF enumeration verification logic.
