Add custom
create_modelfunction with more fine-grained classification of interconnected buses. The new function mirrors the exact behavior of thecreate_modelfunction in pypsa v0.27 but uses more distinct constraints for the meshing level of buses. This reduces the memory footprint to <32GB.
