Code Review

This pull request adds Harness to the commercial support page. The changes are mostly good, but I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. First, the name 'Harness FME' could be made clearer for users. Second, the new SVG logo file can be optimized to reduce its size and improve page load times. See my specific comments for details.
